intro Let's use Optional Style Files

There are many optional style files for them. This dwnld Guide Book (in English) introduces such style files and their purposes. A complied dvi file by LATEX is also dwnld available and dwnld its supplement (only in Japanese) can be obtained there.

This issue only covers LATEX 209, but still there are some needs. If you cannot compile or print these files above, please try to find PDF versions of these documents (in Japanese) at Yamagata University. Mr. Okuyama kindly converted them. I myself also created similar files of the English version recently by dvi2ps and GS; dwnld styus-e.ps and dwnld styus-e.pdf.

ftpStyle files and fonts are available at the subdirectory of style files. While this is the subdirectory of fonts. The latter, however, holds non-standard font files such as `finger arrow' and 'animals'. They are made by converting free PostScript fonts by the program called `ps4mf'.
